Job Description: Answer phones and direct calls as needed Miscellaneous project tracking Data Entry Communicate effectively with managers, employees, co-workers and candidates Prepare accurate and organized reports as needed Complete timely and accurate record searches Maintain confidential records Assist HR team with document storage and organization Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for multiple companies Review wages and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll Requirements Qualifications: Ethical practice High School Diploma or Equivalent Must pass pre-employment screening including but not limited to background and drug screen Computer proficiency Excellent time management Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to take direction from supervisor Ability to accept feedback and adapt as needed Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required; it would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
