Stigmi Learning is an online education company dedicated to helping K–12 students achieve their academic goals through personalized, one-on-one tutoring.

We're expanding our SAT preparation program and looking for academically accomplished, passionate tutors who can help high school students improve their SAT performance and build confidence in their test-taking abilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for high-achieving college students, recent graduates, and experienced tutors seeking flexible, remote work.

About the Role

As an SAT Prep Tutor, you'll work one-on-one with high school students preparing for the Digital SAT.

You'll help students identify areas for improvement, develop effective test-taking strategies, and strengthen their understanding of key SAT concepts.

We're looking for tutors who not only excel academically but can also explain challenging concepts clearly and adapt their teaching methods to individual students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized, one-on-one SAT tutoring sessions online.
• Teach SAT Math and/or Reading & Writing.
• Analyze student performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Explain challenging SAT concepts and effective test-taking strategies.
• Develop targeted lessons based on each student's strengths and weaknesses.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain professional communication with students and the Stigmi Learning team.

Qualifications

Preferred:

• SAT score of 1500+ or ACT score of 34+.
• Currently attending or graduated from a four-year university.
• Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience.
• Strong understanding of the Digital SAT format and tested concepts.

Required:

• Exceptional proficiency in SAT Math and/or Reading & Writing, demonstrated through test results or a skills assessment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to break down complex concepts into clear, understandable explanations.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment.
• Ability to teach using a digital whiteboard, drawing tablet, or equivalent tool.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
